Oracle© troubleshooter for CAMA refresh:

• ORA-06413
  1. On Windows® x64 machines the BDE needs to be moved from the PROGRAM FILES (x64) directory to the PROGRAM FILES directory or an error will occur due to parenthesis in the path.


• ORA-12154
  1. Make sure the tnsnames.ora files in all of the oracle homes (under .\network\admin or .\net80\admin) have an entry for whichever database you are connecting to.
  2. Verify that the IP address and SID of the tnsname is correct.
  3. Make sure the registry key HKLM\Software\Oracle\Oracle_Home (x64 machines - HKLM\Software\Wow6432Node\Oracle\Oracle_Home) points to the correct Oracle directory (i.e., O:\oracle6i)


• ORA-13059
  1. Verify the Oracle© registry settings for the BDE
  2. Create an IAS/Oracle connection in the Landisc™ Administrator and then close it
  3. delete the IASLandisc alias in the BDE (it will reappear after the next step)
  4. create a SYSTEM DSN named IASLandisc in the ODBC Data Source Administrator:
